Julia George - - CEO of Heartwood Tree
Julia is a part tree whisperer - part business strategist
As the CEO of a 45-year-old family-run tree business in Charlotte, I’m passionate about transforming nature’s challenges into sustainable solutions. When I’m not overseeing tree care operations, I’m diving into the art of preventative maintenance or helping clients ensure their trees outlive them. Growth—whether in trees or business—is what I love most, and I aim to make complex solutions approachable for everyone.
Since joining the business in late 2018, my journey has been shaped by the support of Renaissance Executive Forums, which has been instrumental in helping me grow my career and build a company I’m proud to represent every day.
