About this Event

An evening with Caymus Vineyards at Musume Dallas. Five courses from Chef Yuki, each paired to a pour from the Caymus lineup, building all the way to the Special Selection Cabernet.

Start with sashimi and sparkling. Move through the Chef Yuki Roll, miso glazed black cod, and a filet with goat cheese mashed potatoes and sautéed mushrooms. Finish on the Nurseryman Cabernet with dessert.
