Cawston WI's July Meeting - What To Do In An Emergency With CPR

Join us at our July meeting when we learning about what to do in in emergency with Thomas Finn from Rugby & Leam Valley Community First Responders.
During the evening we will cover:
* How to recognise the signs of a cardiac arrest and when immediate action is needed.
* Hands-on CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) training and practice.
* How to use a defibrillator (AED) safely and effectively.
* Live demonstrations followed by opportunities to practise life-saving skills.
* Common questions and concerns about CPR and defibrillator use.
This is an informal, engaging session suitable for anyone with no previous first aid experience required. The aim is to increase confidence and provide practical skills that could help save a life.
We welcome new faces and hope you will join us. Your presence will surely add to this!
