Amanda Saba will be pouring a curated lineup of five wines—including red, white, and champagne—perfectly matched with four exquisite Highland & Menlo caviars presented by Jared from Inland Seafood: Smoked Trout Roe, Golden Osetra, Kagula Roe, and Sevruga.
