Set against the backdrop of our historic East Hampton gardens, this elegant evening highlights premium caviar, artisanal chips, and elevated accompaniments perfectly paired with Billecart Champagne at golden hour.

Guests can select from a variety of tasting packages, including options for:

• A glass of rosé champagne

• Full Service: blinis, crème fraîche, chives, boiled egg and of course champagne

Please note: Sunset cocktails and additional beverages will be available for purchase throughout the evening during our sunset happy hour "Aperitivo"
