Molly Adkins is The Sound Maven. She deeply understands how sound impacts the physical and subtle body and uses vibration intentionally to support healing, learning, and transformation. both as an instructor and practitioner of sound healing.
Molly has traveled the world studying music across cultures, including living in Japan for 11 years while researching traditional Japanese folk songs and instruments for her master’s thesis.
Today, she weaves her global musical background into group sound healing experiences through unique instrumental and vocal techniques. In her sound healing training workshops, she combines her award-winning teaching ability with deep musical training and trusted certifications—making sound healing both accessible and powerfully effective.
