Cattle Practice & Arena Hire 2-hour session $110 per horse
Each Session consists of
30 minutes dry arena hire +
90 minutes with 10 head of cattle
4 riders required per session
Friday Session times
10 am-12pm & 12.30pm-2.30pm
Weekend Session Times
9am -11am / 11am-1pm / 1pm-3pm
Full payment required to secure you riding position.
Each session is for 4 riders but each rider can book individually.
No tuition is given, previous experience working cattle is recommended. Coaches and trainers welcome although if riding their positions must be paid for.

We recommend all riders wear helmets. Any rider under the age of 18 years must wear a helmet.
Cattle Welfare Clause
At Cooinda Park Equine, the welfare of our cattle is a top priority. All participants must treat the cattle with respect and handle them in a manner that prioritises their well-being. Excessive pressure, running cattle into fences, or working them to the point of exhaustion is strictly prohibited. Any participant found engaging in conduct that compromises the safety or welfare of the cattle may be asked to modify their approach or be removed from the event at the discretion of the event organisers. Cooinda Park Equine reserves the right to intervene if cattle welfare standards are not upheld.
In the unfortunate event that a cow is injured or dies due to rider fault, the rider will be responsible for covering the cost of the animal.
Conditions of booking for Cooinda Park Events
No refunds will be provided 7 days out from the event unless a replacement rider is found, Rider swaps are permitted.
By requesting a position in an event held at Cooinda Park you are accepting these conditions.
