Experience a fun and relaxing yoga class surrounded by adorable adoptable cats (often kittens!) while supporting a great cause. Yoga helps reduce stress, improve strength, balance, and flexibility, and spending time with cats can boost emotional well-being. Put them together, and you have the purrfect class for mind, body, and heart!Who: Adults and children ages 10+ (children must be accompanied by an adult). A wonderful way to introduce kids to yoga—or come solo or with a friend! No previous experience required. Must be able to get up/down from the floor.
$23 per person (includes a $10 donation to HSJC!)
