Each selection from Cato Corner Farm and Munson's Chocolates will be expertly paired with a wine from Crystal Ridge Winery.Cato Corner Farm, established in 1997, crafts top-quality cheeses from humanely raised cows on a pasture-based diet, free from growth hormones and subtherapeutic antibiotics.
