2026 Catholic HEART Workcamp (CHWC) ❤️🔨
High school teens are invited to serve, grow, and encounter Christ on our Catholic HEART Workcamp mission trip with St. Ignatius Youth Ministry this summer!
📍 St. Mary’s Catholic School – Temple, TX
📅 June 28 – July 4, 2026
For over 30 years, Catholic HEART Workcamp has partnered with communities in need, bringing teens together from across the country for a life-changing week of service, prayer, fellowship, Adoration, and fun. This is more than a mission trip—it’s an opportunity to live your faith in a powerful and meaningful way.
💲 Cost: $600 (due by May 21, 2026)
• $150 deposit required to register
• Payment plans available
• Scholarships available through Youth Ministry or Parish Outreach
💛 The true cost of this trip exceeds $1,200 per participant, but thanks to parish fundraisers like the Crawfish Boil and Popsicle Sales, the cost is reduced. Teens are encouraged to volunteer at these events to help offset costs. If you’d like to sponsor a teen, please contact Youth Ministry!
🚌 Transportation: Provided by parish buses
• Departure: Sunday, June 28 (Sexton Hall, Gonzaga Building at St. Ignatius)
• Return: Saturday, July 4 (same location)
✨ Friends are welcome! Invite someone to join you—non-parishioners and non-Catholics are encouraged to come!
📋 Registration includes completion of the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston Medical Release & Liability Form. A second CHWC-specific form may be required and will be sent closer to the trip.
