Catfulness: A Mindful Meditation & Healing with CatsFacilitated by Tracey Rogers
White Feather Holistic Arts is connecting with Yay for Stray Cats Cafe once again to offer a healing meditation on site with the kitty cats at Yay For Stray Cats Cafe.
We've been enjoying these meditations, and have had wonderful feedback from the participants and from Yay For Stray Cats Cafe! Everything went wonderfully and we enjoy being in the energy of the cat's environment, while they wander around us during the meditation!
Our intention with this meditation will be to feel the love and experience the energy of the cats, while offering our love, our good intentions and our healing to the cats. The mindfulness of this experience will bring not only the cats healing and love, but it will open our hearts further to receive healing from the gentleness and unconditional love of our animal friends.
We will be the only people in the cat living space at the time of the meditation. There will be room for 12 participants.
Tracey has been offering a variety of meditations at White Feather since 2012.

7pm - 8:00pm
*important to show up at 6:40 at Yay for Stray Cats Cafe to sign waivers. Latecomers will not be allowed in after 7pm start. Reminder to wear or bring socks*
Cost: $35 + hst (Paid at White Feather, not at at the Cafe)
Location: Yay For Stray Cats Cafe 1326 Ottawa St.

*this event is not recommended for anyone with fear around animals, or allergies to cats. We will each be signing a waiver to be with the cats.
To register, payment must be received. Payment can be made via e-transfer, over the phone with credit card, or in person through cash, credit, debit.
