Catch-up Vaccination Clinic

Beat the school exclusion deadline! This walk-in vaccination clinic is for all K-12 students who need to catch up on all recommended and school-required vaccinations. No appointment is needed.
Parents/Guardians must accompany their student to the clinic. Additional items to bring to the clinic include the letter from the school, the student’s health insurance information and vaccination record, if available. Spanish speakers will be available and no one is turned away for inability to pay.
