About this Event

Catapult Beyond Festival 2026

About This Event

Most leadership conversations are lagging indicators.
They describe what already happened — using models built for a world that no longer exists.

Catapult Beyond Festival is designed for leaders who are operating ahead of the curve.

This one-day unconference brings together HR, L&D, Talent, and Transformation leaders who are navigating AI-driven role shifts, skills volatility, and changing expectations of leadership — often without a clear playbook.

Rather than long keynotes or polished case studies, the festival is built around working sessions:

  • leaders sharing real experiments (including what didn’t work)
  • emerging practices tested in public, not presented as finished answers
  • learning that happens through dialogue, design, and doing

Festival Theme: Leading with Imagination

The world of work is changing faster than leadership models can keep up.

Roles are evolving non-linearly.
Skills expire faster than learning systems can refresh them.
AI is reshaping how work gets done, often before organisations know how to respond.

In this environment, imagination becomes a leadership capability.

  • Imagination is how leaders connect weak signals across technology, talent, and culture.
  • How HR and L&D anticipate role and capability shifts before they become urgent.
  • How organisations design learning, roles, and workforce strategies when the map is incomplete.

What You'll Get From Cataputlt Beyond Festival
  • How to think beyond hierarchy and static roles in an AI-shaped world
  • Practical tools for foresight, experimentation, and learning design
  • New, experiential and hands-on ways of learning
  • A trusted peer network of HR and L&D leaders across industries
