What to expect

You can expect the following:

• To be led through a number of activities and exercises designed to help you get clarity on your life and what actions you need to take to get there
• To feel inspired and excited for what's next in your life and career
• To walk away with a vision and practical plan for what to do once you leave the room

This event is FREE

Yup. It's entirely free. I'll even be covering the cost of room hire, some food and refreshments. Why? Because I want to share this work with as many people that are aligned with it as possible! There are SO many people out there right now looking for aligned community and looking for clarity on how to get un-stuck and re-inspired.

So, it's free, however, in exchange, I'll be asking you for a few things:

• To have a 15 minute check-in call with me beforehand
• To have a 15 minute debrief call with you afterward
• That you show up on the day and don't cancel last minute

What to bring

Please bring the following with you:

• A journal
• A water bottle
• An intention (why are you choosing to come)
• An open heart and mind

About Matt Defina - Psychologist & Transformational Coach and Facilitator

A qualified and registered Organisational Psychologist, Matt is driven to create environments and organisations where people can thrive and be their best.

Matt started his career in corporate consulting, working across numerous consulting firms in change management and leadership development, before landing a job at PwC. His stint there was shortlived, after he chose to join The Man Cave as Head of Programs & Impact, where he spent the next 5 years designing and delivering healthy masculinity programs to over 50,000 young men. Throughout this time, Matt also continued to dive into his own personal development and has attended and delivered over 25+ retreats around the world.

At the start of 2023, Matt decided to start 'Another Way', a holistic health business designed to help burnt-out professionals reclaim their vitality, passion and purpose for their life and career. Matt now uses Internal Family Therapy (parts work), Somatic Experiencing, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Groupwork and Rites of Passage to help people heal their relationships with themselves. Matt is always passionate about pushing himself and connecting with people that want to do the same and is leading a leadership program to climb Mt Kilimanjaro this year.
