SUNDAY JAN. 18TH @ 9:30AM!Looking for the purrrfect workout to add to your exercise routine? Join us for cat yoga on select Sunday mornings at 9:30!
Cat yoga is $25 per person and includes:
- 45 minutes of yoga with cats
- 30 minutes of kitty cuddles and relaxation after your workout
- coffee, tea, or a meowmosa to enjoy post-yoga
The class is taught in a relaxing vin & yin style flow and is open to ALL levels! So, if you're not an experienced yogi, don't worry! We gotchu covered.
Ps - We'll provide the cats, but please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle! Meowmaste >^.^
