Join us for a heartwarming yoga experience with adoptable cats at LIDA Rescue! This donation-based class blends gentle yoga with the joy of spending time with cats in need of loving homes. Every stretch and breath supports the rescue efforts, as all donations go directly to LIDA Rescue.
Not only will you feel relaxed and centered, but your participation also helps provide care and support for these wonderful cats, making a real difference in their lives.
Join Pure in the LIDA Rescue Cat Playroom located at 34 Main St. suite 1B for an open levels open hearted yoga practices while the cats of LIDA Rescue roam around you and maybe land on your mat.
Option to stay after to continue to play and maybe adopt a cat to their Fur-ever home.
Please note that you will need to bring your own mat and remember cats will be roaming and may even scratch at the mat
