Join us for a family afternoon pottery workshop at the City of Biloxi Ceramics Center on the campus of the Ohr O’Keefe Museum. You will create a Mardi Gras themed Cat Wind Chime! You will learn to use clay slabs & templates. You will decorate your cats with underglazes. Once they are completely dry they will be bisque fired, then glazed with clear glaze and fired again.
No experience is needed, and students will be guided by our instructors through the process step by step. Your work will be ready to pick up in 2-3 weeks.
Time: 1pm-3pm
Instructor: Lara Blanchard
Level: Age 10 and up parent or guardian with children under 16 must also register for class.
Refunds less credit card fees are available up to 7 days before the class begins. After that period, the fee is non-refundable. However, you may transfer your ticket to a friend.
