About this Event
What is Cat Scratch Art Market?
Cat Scratch is a unique one-day event celebrating zines, comics, crafts, and underground art made by primarily Brampton-based creators. Designed to instill the Brampton art community with a new and exciting DIY spirit, Cat Scratch showcases the eclectic and hyperpersonal artwork of local artists.
Presented by Bianca Delmar and produced by the Brampton Arts Organization as part of BAO's Community Connects event series.
Cat Scratch Art Market is free to attend, and registration through Eventbrite is not mandatory to attend–that means you can pop in at any time during the event! We do, however, encourage you to RSVP through Eventbrite to help us gauge numbers and manage attendance!
Note: In consideration for public health, and for the safety of vulnerable community members, we encourage everyone to wear a face mask in our space. Free KN95 masks will be available at the door.

About the Organizer
Bianca Delmar (she/her) is a multidisciplinary artist and award-winning filmmaker based in Brampton.
Since 2022, she has brought her artwork to artist markets across Ontario, including the Toronto Outdoor Art Fair in 2024. Bianca’s visual artwork explores colourful and idyllic futures, while her films and poetry are experimental and incisive, delving into themes of psychic alienation and abject horror.
Bianca was the Market Curator for the City of Brampton’s 2025 Pride Artist Market, and she is thrilled to bring that experience forward with Cat Scratch!
