Join us for an empowering in-person gathering of Strong Mamas and Thriving Babies at the Castle Rock Hospital Conference Rooms. This event is all about connecting and supporting each other as we navigate the beautiful but also scary chaos of motherhood.
This series of weekly in-person gatherings will provide new moms with a supportive community and resources to navigate motherhood. Each week focuses on a different theme to help moms understand baby development, care for themselves, tap into family and community resources, and rediscover their sense of self after becoming a mom. These sessions will be interactive, with expert speakers, group discussions, and practical takeaways.
The hospital conference rooms are through the front entrance of the hospital, then down the hall to the right. The info desk would be happy to help you find us!
