Terms and Conditions
1. Admission
1.1. All persons attending the Festival must hold a valid ticket
1.2. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult aged 18 or over at all times.
1.3. The Festival reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, disruptive, or abusive.
1.4. Tickets are non-refundable except where required by UK law or in the event of Festival cancellation.
2. Food & Drink Policy
2.1. To support Festival traders and for health and safety reasons, all food and drink consumed within the Festival site must be purchased from authorised Festival vendors.
2.2. Attendees must not bring food, alcoholic drinks, soft drinks, or other beverages onto the Festival site unless specifically authorised by Festival management.
2.3. Exceptions may be made for:
- Baby food and infant formula.
- Medically necessary food or drink requirements. Attendees may be asked to provide evidence where appropriate.
2.4. Any unauthorised food or drink may be confiscated and disposed of by Festival staff.
3. Alcohol
3.1. Challenge 25 will be operated throughout the Festival.
3.2. Anyone wishing to purchase alcohol may be required to provide valid photographic identification.
3.3. Intoxicated persons may be refused service, refused entry, or removed from the Festival site.
4. Prohibited Items
The following items are prohibited and may be confiscated:
- Outside food and drink (except as stated in Section 2.3).
- Illegal substances.
- Weapons or items that could be used as weapons.
- Fireworks, flares, smoke canisters, or explosives.
- Chinese lanterns.
- Drones or unmanned aerial vehicles without prior written consent.
- Glass bottles or containers.
- Any item deemed dangerous by Festival management.
5. Animals
5.1. No dogs or other animals are permitted within the Festival site.
5.2. The only exception is registered assistance dogs accompanying their handler.
5.3. Festival staff may request reasonable evidence that a dog is an assistance dog.
6. Behaviour
6.1. The Festival is intended to be a safe and family-friendly event.
6.2. Any form of threatening, abusive, discriminatory, violent, or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated.
6.3. Anyone engaging in unacceptable behaviour may be removed from the site without refund.
7. Health & Safety
7.1. Attendees enter the Festival site at their own risk.
7.2. Visitors must comply with all safety announcements, signage, and instructions from Festival staff, stewards, security personnel, and emergency services.
7.3. In the event of an emergency, attendees must follow all instructions given by Festival management or emergency responders.
8. Photography & Filming
8.1. The Festival may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes.
8.2. By entering the Festival site, attendees consent to their image being used in Festival-related media without compensation.
9. Liability
9.1. Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings.
9.2. The Festival accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
10. Event Changes
10.1. The Festival reserves the right to change advertised programmes, attractions, performances, schedules, and opening times without prior notice.
10.2. The Festival reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or alter the event where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
