Castle Falls Brunch: The 1945 Experience

Step back in time and join us in person for the Castle Falls Brunch like no other! Step back into the spirit of 1945 at the historic Castle Falls Restaurant & Venue for a two-part living history journey. Your afternoon begins at the Castle from Noon to 1:00 PM with our 1945 War Ration Brunch, a specially curated three-course meal that reflects the resilience of the Greatest Generation, for $45 per person, all-inclusive. Guests may choose between our "Happiness Salad" or Creamed Tomato Soup to start, followed by an entree choice of hearty Corned Beef Hash with sawmill gravy or a unique Fried Bologna Benedict served with molasses-sweetened grits. The meal concludes with a choice of Cinnamon Molasses Bread Pudding or "Wartime" Raisin Cake, accompanied by coffee and tea.
