<h4>Dr. Babak Taheri</h4>

Silvaco, Chief Executive Officer and Director

Babak A. Taheri, Ph.D., served as Silvaco's Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors from August 2019 to September 2021, and from November 2021 to the present. From October 2018 to August 2019, Dr. Taheri served as the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of Products at Silvaco.
Prior to joining Silvaco, Dr. Taheri was the Chief Executive Officer and President of Integrated Biosensing Technologies (IBT), an advisory and consulting firm, from May 2015 to October 2018. Dr. Taheri has also served on various advisory boards, including MEMS World Summit, a conference for MEMS manufacturers, equipment and material suppliers and research institutes, and Novasentis, Inc., an electromechanical polymer technology development company, and as the advisory board chair of the electrical engineering department at the University of California, Davis. Dr. Taheri also served on the board of directors of Parisi House on The Hill, a residential alcohol and drug non-profit, from June 2021 to May 2022.
Dr. Taheri received a B.S. in engineering from San Francisco State University, a M.S. in electrical engineering from San Jose State University and a Ph.D. in biomedical engineering from the University of California, Davis.

TetraMem Inc. CEO and co-founder

Dr. Glenn Ge is the CEO and co-founder of TetraMem Inc., a leading Silicon Valley startup specializing in AI accelerators based on novel computing architecture and disruptive non-volatile memory technology.
With two decades of experience in semiconductor R&D and mass production, Dr. Ge has contributed to numerous product innovations. He has around 800 global patent filings from over 300 US/PCT patent families, many of which are granted and now in mass production. Dr. Ge has co-authored more than 20 publications in prestigious journals, including Nature, Science, Nature Materials, Nature Electronics, Nature Machine Intelligence, Nature Communications, Advanced Materials, Advanced Electronic Materials, etc. with more than 8000 citations now.
Dr. Ge holds 3 Master's degrees, including an MBA from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

Michael Chang is the Vice President and General Manager of Advantest Cloud Solutions (ACS), a strategic business unit within Advantest Corporation to enable customers in the Advantest value chain to deliver improved yield, quality, and time to volume / market.
Michael boasts 25 years of diverse experience leading product innovations and business growth across AI/Machine Learning, Cloud Datacenter and Semiconductor spaces. Before joining Advantest, Michael was the General Manager of AI Solutions business at Supermicro Computer. Prior to Supermicro, he was the Co-founder of a deep learning startup company. He has also held multiple leadership roles at several IC companies including LSI, Marvell, and Vitesse semiconductor.
Michael holds an MBA degree from Haas Business School at UC Berkeley, a bachelor degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the National Chiao Tung University and has completed the Executive Leadership Program from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business.

Jackie Jung is Vice President of Global Operations Strategy and Corporate
Sustainability at Western Digital.
In addition to leading both strategy and planning for Western Digital’s Global
Operations organization and the company’s Corporate Sustainability function,
Jackie leads Western Digital’s 4th Industrial Revolution (4IR) Transformation.
A passionate leader with proven success in transforming organizations through
technology adoption, business process improvement and culture change,
Jackie is laser focused on delivering world-class operational excellence,
augmenting the workforce, and delivering ESG goals.
Under Jackie’s leadership, Western Digital has earned the World Economic
Forum’s ‘Lighthouse’ status at five of its advanced manufacturing sites, a
designation awarded for leadership in the implementation of 4IR technologies
which drives change across all aspects of the value chain. Additionally, the
company’s factory in Malaysia was the first ‘Sustainability Lighthouse’ in Asia,
with Western Digital’s factory in Shanghai receiving the same designation, the
very first for China.
Jackie’s role expanded in 2023 when she was tasked with leading Western
Digital’s end-to-end sustainability strategy and delivery. She leads materiality
assessment, reporting and goal setting, as well as driving to deliver the
company’s sustainability commitments. Jackie and her cross functional partners
spearhead initiatives to reduce waste, increase energy efficiency, and promote
sustainable development across all areas of Western Digital’s business.
Since joining Western Digital in 1996, Jackie has held senior management
positions across the company. With a wealth of international experience,
including a five-year assignment at the company’s factories in Asia, Jackie has
deep knowledge in process and product engineering, program management,
manufacturing and operations strategy.
Jackie was awarded the Connected World’s “Women of Technology” award in
2021. She serves as a council member for the World Economic Forum’s Global
Future Council for Advanced Manufacturing and Value Chains, and is an
executive committee member for the US Center for Advanced Manufacturing.
Jackie holds a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Stanford
University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from
UCLA. She also attended Stanford’s Graduate School of Business Executive
Education for Strategy and Organization.
