CASPA (Chinese American Semiconductor Professional Association) is a leading non-profit organization in Silicon Valley with over 30 years of history, dedicated to connecting and empowering semiconductor professionals across academia and industry. With a strong network of industry leaders, engineers, and innovators, CASPA has built a strong presence and lasting influence within the global semiconductor ecosystem.

As one of its flagship events, the CASPA Annual Job Fair & Career Forum brings together top companies and talents for meaningful connections, career development, and industry insights.

This year’s event will take place on April 18, 2026, in Silicon Valley, and is expected to bring together semiconductor professionals from across the Bay Area, including experienced engineers, industry leaders, emerging talents, recent graduates, and VC partners.

Similar to previous years, the event will feature both a Career Forum and a Job Fair, aiming to connect leading semiconductor companies with the local professional community.

The Job Fair will provide exhibition booths for CASPA sponsors and industry partner companies, enabling valuable face-to-face interactions between employers and job seekers, while offering companies a strong platform for branding and talent engagement.

Alongside the job fair, the Career Forum includes keynote speech, feature talks and panel discussions with industry leaders on industry trends, career development, and the impact of AI on the semiconductor workforce. Attendees will gain practical insights, expand their professional network, and explore new career opportunities.
