Casa IED presents Cecilia Alemani

It is time for another amazing guest brought to us by Casa IED. Join on Tuesday, March 10th for a conversation with Cecilia Alemani, internationally renowned art curator who, since 2011, has been the Director & Chief Curator of High Line Art in New York City. Doors will open at 6:30 pm and the talk will start at 7pm.

Alemani has also curated the 12th SITE Santa Fe International which opened in June 2025. From 2020 to 2022, she served as artistic director of the 59th Venice Biennale, where she curated the acclaimed exhibition The Milk of Dreams, which was visited by over 800,000 visitors.

We will explore Alemani's career that spans the full spectrum of contemporary curation — from exhibitions at Gagosian to groundbreaking public art on the High Line — and the vision that has shaped some of today's most influential artists.

She will be interviewed by Maddie Hampton, art writer and critic.

Casa IED continues to open its doors as a space for dialogue and exchange in New York City, where multiple intelligences meet to reflect on contemporary culture and design.
