Second Course - Rombauer Chardonnay
Roasted Red and Golden Beet Salad
Whipped cheese, baby greens, citrus, toasted crunch

Third Course - Rombauer Cabernet Sauvignon
Bone Marrow and Short Rib Pappardelle
Slow braised short rib, bone marrow enriched sauce, fresh pappardelle, herbs

Fourth Course - Rombauer Zinfandel
Bread Pudding Soufflé
Warm vanilla spice, served à la minute
