Event Open Times: 10:00am - 6:00pm

Set up any time between 8:00am and 9:00am. Vendors must stay until the end of the day, 6:00pm.

Please submit this form along with your $30.00 (per space) non-refundable check payable to: Carver Steamboat Days, MN Marketplace, PO BOX 268 Carver, MN 55315. Submit registration by August 15, 2025. Registration is not complete without payment.

This event is for local vendors to sell their goods and wares. This is not a business expo.

Event Protocols and Disclaimers:

All activities must be approved by the Steamboat Days Committee Marketplace Chair and Event Manager. Those operating outside of the stated business/activities listed above, may be required to vacate the premises. Closure: The day ends promptly at 6:00pm. You will need to be prepared to close your booth at 6:00pm. At that time, we are preparing for night time activities and the street must be cleared. Nonadherence to the stated closing time may hinder participation in the following year’s event.

*The Steamboat Days Committee reserves the right to deny vendors with wares or content not deemed suitable or in keeping with the intended marketplace event. The Steamboat Days Committee reserves the right to deny vendors who may be duplicates of already registered vendors. In the case of denied registration, a full refund will be promptly issued.
