Cartwheel Quest - Pop-Up Class

Join us for a fun, skill-focused Cartwheel Pop-Up designed to help athletes build stronger, more confident cartwheels! This special class will focus on the shapes, strength, coordination, balance, and technique needed for successful cartwheels and future gymnastics skill progressions. Athletes will participate in engaging drills, conditioning activities, games, and skill stations that teach proper hand and foot placement, landings, and cartwheel mechanics. Activities will be adapted to each gymnast's ability level, making this class suitable for both beginners learning cartwheels and athletes looking to refine their technique and build toward more advanced skills.
