Cartooning Workshop for Kids

Students in 3rd through 6th grades are invited to a cartooning workshop led by Pacific Northwest artist, designer and educator, Jen Hernandez. See more at https://jenhernandezart.com

In this 3-hour workshop, students will create a comic book under Jen’s guidance. After the workshop, they can take home their comic zine to continue working on it or make copies to give out to friends. They will also be able to take home some stickers of their own designs.

Location: Oak Room at the Corvallis Community Center

Please arrive on time; check in starts at 8:45am!

Parent Volunteers: It’s fun to be a parent helper! Send an email to [email protected] if you would like to help. We ask that only those parents who are registered as helpers join the children in the classrooms.
