Carter Family Wine Dinner
Join us at Topsoil for an evening celebrating the connection between thoughtful winemaking, seasonal ingredients, and the people behind them.
In collaboration with Carter Family Wines, an urban winery sourcing organically farmed grapes from small, family-owned vineyards in Paso Robles, Napa Valley, and Applegate Valley, we'll explore wines that reflect the character of their origins.
Under the culinary direction of Executive Chef Adam Cooke, our team will create a five-course tasting menu inspired by the season and thoughtfully composed around Carter Family's wines.
Throughout the evening, guests will have the opportunity to meet the winemakers, hear the stories behind their wines, and experience the relationship between what's grown, what's poured, and what's on the plate.
