Cartel Baggers Autotronics & Mitzvah Kitchen Partner For The First Ever Valentines Cooking Event!

This Valentine’s season, we will be turning love into action as we come together to prepare heartfelt meals for families facing food insecurity in our community!

Through cooking, connection, and kindness, we’ll celebrate the spirit of Valentine’s Day by sharing warmth, compassion, and nourishment with our community—because love is best expressed when it’s given!

Mitzvah Kitchen's mission brings people together to cook with purpose, addressing food insecurity through the preparation and distribution of nutritious meals for individuals and families in need. Rooted in the values of kindness, service, and community, we create meaningful volunteer experiences that strengthen connections while making a lasting, positive impact. Together, we will be doing this with 50 couples, cooking together and giving back to our community.

Doors to the Friendship Campus will open at 6:30 PM for sign in. Parking for bikes and slingshots will be on the main campus (entrance on SW 114th Street) with parking for cars in the field across from the campus (SW 112th Street).

In addition to the fun of cutting, chopping, scooping, and packaging the meals, there will be light bites, drinks, music, and the beauty of friendship and love filling the evening!
