𝗧𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗗𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗼𝗼𝗿Tors of Dartmoor is a German gothic rock band formed in the early 1990s. It was founded by Volker Zacharias, also known for his work with Girls Under Glass. The band takes its name from the characteristic rock formations in England's Dartmoor National Park, evoking a dark, mysterious atmosphere that matches their music.
Their style blends classic gothic influences with elements of alternative rock and post-punk, creating a melancholy and theatrical atmosphere. Their most notable albums include House of Sounds (1991), The Obvious Darkness (1995) and The Spirit of Time (1997), which left their mark on the European gothic scene with their dark melodies and romantic aesthetic.
Although not as well known as some of the great names of the gothic movement, Tors of Dartmoor remain a cult reference for fans of the genre, thanks in no small part to their cinematic and atmospheric approach to gothic music.

𝗜-𝗠-𝗥 (𝗜𝗻 𝗠𝘆 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆)
I-M-R (formerly In My Rosary) is a musical project founded in Germany by Ralf Jesek and Dirk Lakomy in 1992. Initially, In My Rosary mixed darkwave, folk and gothic rock sounds, creating atmospheric music tinged with melancholy. The duo released several albums and compilations over the years, attracting a loyal fan base in the gothic and neo-folk scene.
After the duo split up in 2011, Ralf Jesek continued the adventure under the name I-M-R (short for In My Rosary), broadening his musical universe by incorporating more rock and electro influences, while retaining the dark, introspective essence of the original project.
With albums such as Letters from the Paper Garden (2012) and InOutSide (2017), I-M-R continue to explore rich, contrasting atmospheres, blending haunting melodies and poetic lyrics, and remain a benchmark in the gothic and darkwave scene.

The Ultimate Dreamers awake in the year 2021. Somewhere between cold wave and post-punk, their cold, organic tones were combined with melancholy melodies that served as a framework for themes dominated by dreams, the distress of love and social criticism.
In 2022, the quartet released the single "Polarized", which was followed in 2023 by the album 'Echoing Reverie' (Alfa Matrix / Spleen+ and Wave Tension Records). The album was unanimously acclaimed by the international press and enabled the band to play extensively in Belgium, France, Germany and England. The same year saw the release of 'Violent Ghost', an EP featuring alternative versions and remixes (notably by Front 242).
The new album 'Paradoxical Sleep' was released on 7 February 2025, still on Alfa Matrix / Spleen+.
