Carrie, I Remember You ("Here We Have Idaho" concert series)

Carrie, I Remember You tells the story of Caroline “Carrie” Cartee Wood—one of Boise’s early daughters—through inspiring live music and engaging narration. Featuring soprano Leslie Mauldin and pianist Paul Schilller performing on a rare, historic 1876 Weber Grand piano (part of Idaho State Historical Society’s permanent collection), this event blends music, history, and atmosphere into a unique afternoon that stands out from the usual!

Whether you’re a longtime Boise local or just looking for something different to do, this is a chance to experience Idaho’s past and present in a way that feels personal, surprising, and alive.
