Event Media Consent and Release Agreement
Upon entering any event organized by Iconic Arts & Entertainment, you consent to the capture and use of your image and voice via photography, audio, and video recording. You irrevocably authorize Iconic Arts & Entertainment, along with its affiliates and agents, to utilize such captured materials in any media for any lawful purpose including, but not limited to, promotional, advertising, and public relations efforts.

You hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Iconic Arts & Entertainment, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, rights, and actions of any kind related to the creation, use, and distribution of said recordings and images, including, without limitation, claims related to privacy, defamation, and right of publicity.

Additionally, you waive any right to inspect or approve versions of images or recordings used for publication or the written copy that may be used in connection with the images and recordings. No remuneration is implied or guaranteed for the use of recordings or images in which you may be included.

Your presence in the event premises constitutes your consent to the foregoing terms and acknowledgment that you fully understand the rights you are waiving by entering the event.
