Let’s say goodbye to summer with a visit to the raptor center and a picnic by the lake. We’ll first take a self-guided tour of the Carolina Raptor Center. After the raptor center we’ll head to the shoreline of Mountain Island Lake and enjoy a picnic lunch. Make sure to bring your own bagged lunch. A cooler will be available to store everyone’s lunch and drinks . On our way home we’ll stop for ice cream at Carolina Cones in Cornelius - our treat!
*There will be moderate walking. Lunch not included in the fee. $25 Per Person
