You are hereby invited to an evening of music, singing and celebration of love and mama nature, in the magical garden of Wild & Holistic in Ystad. You are welcome to sing with us, or just sit back, receive and enjoy.
ABOUT CAROLINA KAYA / WILD & HOLISTIC
The evening is hosted by Carolina Kaya — singer, vocal sound healer and founder of Wild & Holistic in Ystad.
Carolina’s work is rooted in the healing and expressive power of the voice, weaving together crystal bowls, breath, nature and song to create meditative and heart-opening experiences.
With her background in classical singing, teaching and holistic healing practices, she creates spaces where people can reconnect with themselves through sound, stillness and presence.
For this special evening, Carolina joins MAMAS OF PEARL as a guest singer and co-creator in a celebration of music, nature and the healing voice.
ABOUT MAMAS OF PEARL
MAMAS OF PEARL is a musical duo consisting of the two songwriters and solo artists Veronika Stalder from Switzerland and Annette Odimer from Norway/Denmark.
The bedrock of MAMAS OF PEARL’s musical collaboration is the symbiosis of music, nature and healing. Their musical universe is strongly inspired by nature and our right to be free and sovereign human beings. Singing to and from the earth, air, water, fire, our hearts and the universe, their songs seek the place where everything falls into harmony.
Alongside their resonant voices, MAMAS OF PEARL’s instrumentation consists of guitar, harmonium, shamanic drum and violin. Their concerts can have a ceremonial frame and are a blend of concert and communal singing with the audience.
The intention is to sing each other home and create a meditative healing space where the songs become prayers, blessings and expressions of gratitude.
The name MAMAS OF PEARL is inspired by mother of pearl — the protective substance inside a shell that nurtures and protects the pearl. In the same way, MAMAS OF PEARL wishes to create a beautiful musical space where healing and heart expansion can unfold.
ABOUT THE SINGERS / MUSICIANS
Veronika and Annette first met in Spain at the International Education in Vocal Sound Therapy by Githa Ben David, where they found in each other a soul companion in the shared path of healing and harmonizing through the voice.
Alongside various musical collaborations, both artists are founders of their own musical projects: Veronika’s Ndiigo and Annette Odimer – Love Your Way, through which they have released several albums and singles receiving international recognition.
Veronika won the Russian World Music Award in 2016 with the Authentic Light Orchestra and has sung a duet with Serj Tankian for the movie The Promise (Terry George).
Both artists are vocal sound healers and experienced facilitators of voice healing workshops and song circles. They have each composed ceremonial songs and music for healing and connection.
Veronika has published two CDs together with a songbook of healing songs for the sacred feminine through the group Moia Voices.
Annette is a certified sound healer from Githa Ben David’s International Education in Vocal Sound Therapy, has studied voice work with Roy Hart in France and is also trained as an actor.
