Our guest speaker this month is Carol Collier, Bible Study Teacher.
About Carol Collier
Carol has lived in Chattanooga for the last 51 years having moved here as a new bride along with her late husband, Scott, who was a student at Covenant College.
She was married to Scott for 45 years before he passed away in 2019. She has three adult children, three in-law children, and is grandmother to five delightful grandchildren.
Carol and Scott were members of New City Fellowship for over 30 years. She is now a member of Signal Mountain Presbyterian where she serves as a shepherding elder and Bible teacher.
In 2014 Carol retired from Covenant College where she worked for 22 delightful years.
She enjoys gardening, writing, painting, reading, kayaking and rigorous Bible study. Carol journals daily and has a bin of journals covering decades of God’s faithfulness in her life. Her heart is most at home in the contemplative stream with the practices of silence, solitude, prayer, and the slow reading of the word of God.
