Delta Education and Charitable Foundation (DECF) was founded as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and has a rich history of supporting needed programs and projects for the youth of the Houston Community, including funding literacy programs, cultural enrichment events, STEM activities, and need-based scholarships.
Each year, the Foundation presents its annual fundraiser, Carnivale Mystique, to provide community services and scholarships and seeks to expand its membership, sponsors, and contributors.
