Come make paper flowers to celebrate Carnival and The Blooming City! Bring your own scissors, favorite paint brush, and design ideas.
Some materials will be provided:
Recycled poster board, staple guns, wire, spray adhesive, paint, mounting blocks.
If you have extra paint or spray adhesive, more is better!
