Meet Carmelita Colón, real-life Walla Walla resident in the gold-rush 1860's! Born in Mexico, she and her husband Sebastian ran a mule train to the gold mines in Idaho, sold tamales, and ran a Mexican restaurant here in Walla Walla.
Join us Saturday, March 22 at 1:00 pm to see Carmelita brought to life by award-winning actress Christa Holbrook in a must-see tale of gold rushes, wars, outlaws, and tamale recipes.
