This race will determine whether I get a 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place trophy at the end of year points championship banquet for spectator drags.
If I get 1st place in the points series, I’ll be the first ever back to back champion in seekonk spectator drags history. With me having won the championship last year, I have been working to defend this title all year.
I did the math and I’m guaranteed at least a 3rd place end of year banquet trophy.
This is something I’ve been working towards all year, something I worked very hard for last year, and something I could have never imagined doing 6 years ago when I first started racing spectator drags in my automatic 147HP eclipse.
This is why I’m inviting all my friends and family to come watch this great and fun event! After my racing, there will be enduro racing which is very fun to watch!
Arrive around 12:30-12:45 as this is the biggest event of the year and traffic + ticket lines sometimes can take 30 minutes or more to get through. My race is at 2pm. Come say hi to me on track from 12:00-1pm as they have a car costume contest happening at that time that all admitted guests can come to the infield of the track and meet the drivers.
