Buddha teaches that our mind is the creator of our world and that we can learn to control our mind.
Over these weeks we will learn how to create mental intentions that are leading us in the direction we want to go. Then instead of feeling like a passenger with no power we will begin to feel like we are directing our life in the most meaningful way.
