What: 3 -4 days of cropping fun, prizes, goodie bag and make & takes.
Pricing Options: We are offering two arrival dates – Thursday or Friday – at 11:00 am. You will be responsible for Booking Hotel Room (see details below regarding hotel). Pricing below will include lunch on Friday and Saturday.
Hotel: Room type is Two (2) Queen beds with dressing area, refrigerator, coffee maker, cable TV and free WiFi. Room code to use at time of reservation is SCRNR. The room rate is $136.00 per night. Reservation must be secured with a credit card at time of booking but will not be billed until time of stay. Please call 844-369-2275 to make your reservation. Breakfast buffet is included with hotel reservation. On the same property as the hotel is Der Dutchman restaurant featuring Amish kitchen cooking and an outstanding bakery with homemade breads, pastries and pies along with a wonderful gift shop.
Arrival:
Option 1: Thursday (check-in at 11:00 am) through Sunday $200.00 per person (includes lunch on Friday & Saturday)
Option 2: Friday (check-in at 11:00 am) through Sunday $180.00 per person (includes lunch on Friday & Saturday)
Cropping space: One person per 6-foot table. You may bring smaller table (3 ft max) is available to set next to you.
Tool Table: Die Cutting machines (non-cricut) will be available for your use. I ask that you keep these items at the Tool Table for everyone to share.
Deposit Due: $50.00 due at registration to reserve your seat. Invoice Statements will be sent out prior to final payment. Final balance is due 60 days prior to the event. If not paid by due date, you forfeit your seat at the retreat with no refund. **You will be responsible for cancelling your Hotel Reservation at the Carlisle**

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee. Due to the financial obligations made by Scrap-n-Roll when you register (accommodations and meals, among others), refunds only available 60 days prior to event with the exception of the $25.00 cancellation fee. No refunds after this date.
