Carl Bledsoe is a renowned horseman and clinician that brings compassion, empathy and decades of equine experience to every clinic he teaches. Carl was voted 2022 Humane Horseman of the year for his outstanding commitment to protecting America's equines.His teachings focus on:
*Soft feel and subtle cues: He encourages riders to use gentle, subtle cues to communicate with their horses, rather than relying on force or coercion.
*Horse-led learning: He allows horses to take the lead in the learning process, encouraging them to think and problem solve.
*Focus on horse behavior and body language: He emphasizes understanding horse behavior, body language and emotional states build a deeper connection and improve communication.
*Holistic approach: He considers the physical, emotional and mental well-being of the horse, aiming to create a balanced and confident equine partner by stressing the importance of understanding anatomy and biomechanics.
