❄️ Caring Through the Cold- Hosted by Homelium Care in partnership with Age UK Northamptonshire ❄️This winter, Homelium Care Northampton and Age UK Northamptonshire are coming together to help vulnerable older people stay warm, safe and supported during the colder months.
Join us for a friendly community event where we’ll be:
🧣 Handing out free cosy winter blankets
☕ Offering free hot drinks
💬 Sharing advice, reassurance and support for older people and family carers
Winter can be especially challenging for older adults, and small acts of kindness can make a big difference. This event is open to members of the community who may benefit from extra warmth, connection and support.
We look forward to welcoming you for a warm drink, a friendly chat and some winter comfort. 💙
