This is a taster workshop for a new form of self-care that brings play to the centre of our lives. Say yes to play, yes to movement and stories.
Themes of the workshop:
Body, Play, Care
Chrysoula Tsipa is a facilitator and representative of Paixnidoswma Methodology in the UK. The method concerns personal development and results from the synthesis of humanitarian approaches, theatre techniques and movement.
It is based on the psychotherapeutic Method of C. Rogers and aims to encourage the creative action of the individual and facilitate human relationships in social encounters.

for carers Playing Care is developing a practice
on radical creativity that can be applied in everyday situations of struggle and difficulty.
In this workshop they are exploring Story Telling as a form of dealing with real life’s scenarios, changing our attitude towards the unexpected from within.
