What is Breakthrough for Entrepreneurs?

This one-day intensive Breakthrough Process workshop is for a maximum of six entrepreneurs who are looking for rapid clarity and breakthrough on a current business / work/ life challenge.

Facilitated by The Breakthrough Process' multidisciplinary team of experts in psychology, coaching, strategy and creative techniques, the programme will help you to navigate entrpreneurial challenges, such as:

• Establishing a fresh perspective on your business / brand
• Navigating burnout and needing to reconfigure your work / life balance
• Regaining clarity on your “why” and regenerating your entrepreneurial purpose / passion
• Identifying your needs as an individual vs the needs of the business

What to expect

Often, when we’re trying to overcome a challenge, we try to tackle it with the solution-focussed part of our minds. That’s an excellent tool for many tasks, but when it can’t find meaningful answers it tends to ramp up the anxiety and prevent us from seeing the bigger picture more clearly. Without seeing this, we can get trapped looking for a solution that can’t be found.

Based in the peaceful urban oasis of St Ethelburga's Centre in Bishopsgate, we will help you step out of the ordinary into a new way of thinking with our signature Breakthrough Process - facilitated group work that fuses together discussion and creative techniques into a powerful engine for positive change - alongside expert business strategic consultancy.

Working as a group, we take you on a deep-level journey into your challenge, help you identify some of the forces that underpin it, and support you to develop a solution-focussed plan for next steps.

By the end of the workshop you will have developed:

This one-off price is being offered in exchange for detailed feedback of your experience of the programme. A feedback form will be sent post-session which will take around 30 minutes to complete.

The Breakthrough Programme One-Day Workshop provides a comprehensive grounding for participants who would like to join our four-day intensive Breakthrough Programme in France, where we provide the structure and facilitation for participants to arrive with a challenge, experience breakthrough, and leave with a plan for meaningful change.

• Is lunch provided?

Lunch isn’t provided on site, however there are many eateries and shops nearby, or alternatively you are welcome to bring a packed lunch.

• What to bring?

Notebooks and pens are provided, but please feel free to bring your own if you wish. We will provide tea, coffee and refreshments throughout the day.
