Join us for an evening focused on supporting the caregivers who spend so much time supporting children and youth with special health care needs.
The Children’s Resource Center – West (CRC-West) invites caregivers of children and youth with special health care needs to attend the Caring For You workshop, designed to provide space for connection, reflection, and self-care alongside others who understand the unique experiences of caregiving.
This workshop is facilitated by The EPIC Company and will be hosted in partnership with DreamShip Center.
Date: Sunday, August 16th
Time: 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Location: DreamShip Center - Cameron, WI

• Guided compassion resilience activities and discussion
• Opportunities to connect with other caregivers
• Practical tools and strategies to support well-being
• A welcoming and understanding environment
• Childcare and a meal provided for registered attendees
