With the help of spirituality and meditation, we can connect to the state of loving kindness to regain our power to make a difference in the world.

Sonja Ohlsson is the director of Brahma Kumaris in Denmark and has practiced raja yoga meditation since 1986. She has been a meditation teacher with the Pr*son service in Copenhagen for 30 years. In 2009, she was instrumental in developing the BK Environment initiative in order to meet the need for a higher environmental awareness within the international BK community and to add the inner dimension to the discussions at the UN climate change, biodiversity and combating desertification conferences.
