This event is designed for individuals who are retired or nearing retirement and want to stay connected in our community.This month's topic is Caring for the Caregiver, featuring guest speaker Taylor Stevens from Synergy HomeCare.
Caregiving is an act of love, but it can also bring emotional fatigue, physical strain, and burnout. In this session, Taylor will share practical tips and insights to help caregivers take care of themselves while caring for others. Whether you're currently a caregiver or know someone who is, this session is for you.
