As we or our loved ones age, it can be hard to know how to best support our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. That’s why our Caring Ministries team is hosting this special seminar—designed to encourage and equip those walking through the aging process themselves, or caring for aging family members. We’ll hear from Dr. Pat Kennedy, a Christian educator with over 30 years of experience in functional wellness. He will offer insight into common health challenges and introduce some natural, faith-informed practices that may complement traditional medical care.
Topics will include:
Understanding the common health concerns that come with aging
Encouraging lifestyle practices to support long-term wellness
Integrating faith, rest, nutrition, and emotional awareness
Tools to help caregivers walk with greater peace and confidence
This seminar is meant to offer thoughtful, informational content—an invitation to learn and reflect alongside others. All are welcome. No RSVP required.
